1. Processing Time (Preparation)

To ensure your fixtures arrive in perfect condition, every order undergoes a rigorous quality check and professional reinforcement packaging before dispatch.

  • Standard Items: 1 - 3 business days.
  • Large or Complex Fixtures: For oversized items or complex chandeliers, we require 1 - 7 business days to ensure every crystal and component is safely secured.

2. Shipping Estimates (Priority Air)

We provide efficient air freight services to our primary markets. For these specific regions, we use premium channels to ensure speed and minimize customs issues.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a full tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey through our "Track Order" page.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Priority Air (USA, Canada, EU): For orders shipped via Priority Air to the United States, Canada, and European Union countries, import duties and taxes are typically included. In most cases, you will not be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.
  • Economy & Other Regions: For economy shipping channels (Sea/Truck) or deliveries to other countries/regions, any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
